Once you place an order, our team requires 1 to 2 business days to process and pack your items for transit. During peak seasons or sale events, processing times may slightly increase, but we strive to keep you updated via email regarding the status of your shipment. As soon as your package is collected by our courier, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and size of your order, as well as the delivery speed selected at checkout. We provide clear pricing for shipping at the point of purchase. Missed Deliveries
Our courier partners will attempt delivery to the address provided in your order. If you are not home, they may leave the package in a secure location or with a neighbour. If delivery is not possible, a notice will be left with instructions on how to reschedule the delivery or collect your items from a local depot. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the shipping address provided is accurate. We are not liable for packages sent to incorrectly provided addresses.
